OUR GM TEAM

Provoke's General Managers are at the top of the industry food chain

Our growth strategy is ambitious and isn't possible without the collective determination, wisdom and know-how of our GMs. Some of them have been customers in a previous life, others have been partners. Either way, they have something in common and that's the true spirit of what it takes to look after their animals. With springbok agility and eagle-eyed focus, these pack leaders are driving future success for Provoke...

Jean Delos Santos, General Manager - Manila

The Great Horned Owl – ‘A Tigress in Bird’s Clothing’

With unparalleled sales and account management experience, Jean is more than capable of cracking the whip in her role as the Manila Zoo Keeper. Jean has a history of over-achieving, setting sales records at one of the leading Microsoft Gold Partners in the Philippines. Her experience in project management has been invaluable to establishing internal processes and business operations of Provoke Makati.

The positive energy and enthusiasm that Jean brings to the helm is crucial to driving future success for Provoke Makati. When she’s not in work mode you can find her hitting the gym or being a mom to her only daughter Riana. A natural born Zoo Keeper, Jean is also a mom to a dozen fur kids, specifically eleven cats and one dog, and plays nurse to a steady stream of animals in need of love and attention.

Brady Cox, General Manager - Auckland

Brady-Animal

The Cow - 'An Udderly Fantastic Animal'

Brady, the Auckland Zoo Keeper, has recently returned after 6 years in Orange County, California, where he was the VP of Business Development for Zeacom. Brady has an excellent understanding of the SDLC and the services required to take software to market. His experience with helping to grow a Kiwi company in North America have been invaluable to fast-tracking Provoke Auckland's growth aspirations.

Brady has hit the ground running since joining Provoke in 2012, taking over the reins from Brendon Ford in Auckland. As a father of two trouble-making daughters, Brady has to be selective about the hobbies he actually gets to do. Skiing is always a priority, but after that, the gym, archery, fishing and golf are equally neglected. He has a brand new mountain bike, but that doesn’t make him a mountain biker.
