THE CHALLENGE

ANZ wanted a platform that would unite their lead sources and improve collaboration across the business. This meant connecting the branch network, contact center and online channels. The goal of this initiative was to decrease response times and in doing so, improve the customer experience.

This higher service standard would ultimately lead to increased conversion rates and the improvements in collaboration would make day-to-day work considerably more effective for their team. Provoke worked with ANZ at a strategic level on this project to ensure the solution was well aligned to their goals.

THE SOLUTION

SDP is a centralized solution enabling users to create, track, and refer sales across any of these channels, and pick up sales leads submitted online or through third party applications. With its reporting and workflow functions, SDP ensures staff are focused on tasks critical to reaching targets and meeting customer needs.

SDP is a scalable solution which grows with the business, it has developed over the last five years and can be broken down into five modules; Sales Delivery, Workflow & Collaboration, Online Store, Reporting and Platform & Authentication. All of which serve to enhance ANZ’s business objectives.
